Northeast Laboratory Services provides quality shelf lives based on microbiological evaluation of a food or beverage product over a period of time.
This study provides the customer with a length of time that their product's quality is stable at a given storage temperature. The client will receive
a recommended best by date. This will be based on increases of quality indicators causing microbial spoilage. NEL will also evaluate odor and appearance
of your product over the given time period.
